All pricing is clearly stated on our website or in custom proposals.
Payment must be made in full or as agreed upon in writing before work begins.
We accept payment via credit card and PayPal.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
Due to the nature of digital services and custom design work, we do not offer refunds once work has begun. If you have concerns, please contact us immediately at daniel@roppertz.com.
As a client, you agree to:
Provide all necessary information, content, and feedback in a timely manner.
Ensure any content you supply (images, text, logos, etc.) does not infringe on third-party rights.
Respond to communication from our team to keep the project on schedule.
You retain full ownership of your business name, logo, and original content you provide.
Upon full payment, you will own the final website delivered to you (excluding third-party software or tools used).
We reserve the right to showcase your website in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomeServicePages.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising out of your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in question.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services if you breach these Terms. You may also stop using our services at any time, but no refunds will be provided unless stated otherwise.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
